1 on 1 Coaching

At Ballistic Fitness we want to help you reach the highest level of athleticism that you can achieve. Our daily classes are designed to provide our athletes with an elite level of all encompassing fitness and the goal of GPP (General Physical Preparedness). However, some of our clients have more specific goals in mind and for that reason we provide one on one coaching.

Providing our clients with a program that is tailored to their desired goals. Whether you are looking to make the jump to collegiate or professional levels of your sport or just looking to improve your everyday lifestyle, we are able to tailor a program to each individual to achieve those goals.

The goal of one on one isn’t to make you better in your individual sport, it is to make you a better overall athlete. We focus on the 10 General Physical Skills (Strength, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Power, Accuracy, Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility) to develop your athletic ability to the highest level possible. Of course we want you to succeed in the sport that you are training for, but we want to turn you into a well-rounded performance athlete. For example, we not only want you to reach the goal of running a 5 minute mile, but we also want to see you pull 300lbs off the ground as you walk back inside the door from running that mile.

1 on 1 sessions purchased expire after 4 months.
